Meet Our Physician & Staff
Robert Mohr, MD
Dr. Robert Mohr is board certified in internal medicine and has practiced medicine in Ogden since 1994. He graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency.
Dr. Mohr and his wife Teresa are busy raising two boys, and he loves to travel, scuba-dive, hunt and cook!
Dr. Mohr is affiliated with Ogden Regional Medical Center.
Nadya Wayment, MD
Dr. Nadya Wayment completed her medical education and family medicine internship in Ukraine. She then came to Ogden Regional Medical Center where she practiced as a nurse for three years while working on her US medical boards. Dr. Wayment then went on to complete a residency in Family Medicine in Phoenix, AZ, and is thrilled to be back in Ogden with her new practice!
Dr. Wayment has a special interest in women’s health, preventative medicine and geriatrics.
When she isn’t busy seeing patients, Dr. Wayment enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Conner, doing anything outdoors!

Adam Craner, FNP-C
Adam Craner has practiced with Dr. Mohr since 2003. Adam is an Ogden native who completed his training at Weber State University and the University of Utah’s College of Nursing.
He and his wife Lynell have four children and love spending time snowmobiling, camping and diving.
